Hi i will second that . My server is on every day
no one logs in .i asked if someone could log in to me
to help with my gek, two heads are better as one.
but no one did .ithink there are only two workspace
users here i am one . its sad

I will be busy tonight but will check back for future days!

i did not realize that your server was up and running.
the last i remembered you had written: "pugspace is off line for a long
time until the problem with window 7 is sorted." i FORGOT to check back after that post. windows 7 and trueSpace have been such a disaster together that i figured you were down until the spring! (haha)

also: pugman AND steinie,
i also did not realize that we could model TOGETHER in ourSpace!!!!!!
that is awesome - too cool - great - groovy - far out - splendid - excellent - did i leave anything out?

pugman - you have gone way beyond what i know how to do yet - bones and material surfacing and animating. i don't have much to offer yet in shared modeling. maybe soon?
i am also a workspace user - (Rosetta).
by the way... gek is stunning - i love him!
(and........thanks for the encouraging words about completing my Bunny project - it means a lot! Yes, she will be a happy bunny!)

TNL? yes, steinie, it should be more than just fun. modeling classes would be a great start towards giving us a reason to be online together. and shared modeling also has enormous potential.

AND... I MISS MARK - is he okay - does anyone know?

TNL tonight? frooSpace or pugSpace? i hope i can jump in but i am overwhelmed with things to do here - anyone jumping into ourSpace tonight?

Yep Steinie, I thought about that in the first moment, but then some problems appeared (as you said...), but I don't see any problem if we get enough interest in it. I'm a tS user, ie, I use both sides. The truth is... if I had Vray, model side would rarely be open(tools like lathe, fillet, etc)... so I do all modeling in the workspace, ironic, huh? I should do it in the ''model'' side.
I use model side most because it has the Lightworks, what is a wonderful render.

I was planning, better... thinking that if I form up a team we would use shared space to model, learn, create characters. Would be great...
But the interest is really low.

Pugman, yep I saw your call for help, I would help... if could, but I don't know about workspace bone system, I use a plugin for model side called motion studio, as I said before the render is located in the model side then if I think in do an animation I would use the model side. I know that in the workspace we can encounter the D3D but I just don't know how to use and think that I can reach better results with the Lightworks.

One time I tried to model something with 3dvisualsdude (Mark), but he said that like to model in others softwares so I model alone some strange non-sense thing... Where is he? I hope he is alright, probably on vacations or with family (could be both ).

So have fun tonight at frooserve. I spoke with Pugman to see if he could host a TNL, but there is a time zone problem, if you want a TNL at pugspace we have to do it early and most of folks is working before 6PM, so if there is people want, I don't see any problem... Sometime ago I jumped in pugspace and there is really cool, in the same moment 3DFrog appeared there, and we played a little.

Sssshhhh, I'm Christmas shopping tonight so I might not be able to attend.
Starting next Wednesday I'll be on Vacation so I plan on visiting Pugman1's
(pugspace) and trying to get everyone together for group modeling.
So everyone please try to help out if you can or just drop by.

Sorry Everyone.
I have not been home much the past few weeks.
The PC kept doing the BSOD thing. Seems ok for now.
I restarted trueserve yesterday; my spaces are no longer
there. Maybe something got corrupted. I'll retrieve the scenes
when I can. I've had early days, late nights. While that's coming to an
end, we have to get the place in order, before the household goods evaluator
comes to estimate the cost of our move to Colorado. The cost will determine
whether we move ourselves, or let the pros do it (that's more pricey).

Regarding the PC crash thing. We seem to lose power fairly often here.
Kinda odd, considering Virginia Beach is touted by the locals as
'The Biggest City In Virginia'. Weellll... Woop-de-f**kin doo.
That is most likely the source of the problem. I need to purchase a UPS.

Anyways. Frooserve is back up, with a blank space at 1109. It'll stay up,
as long as the power stays up here.

Froo if you save a copy of your .ctx in trueserve if things go bad just close the tserve replace the ctx and restart..back in business.

Yes, I've noticed that things slow down around the holidays like this.
Nonetheless, trueserve has never truly been that popular with the masses anyway.
But that's ok.
