I've found plenty of reference to it but all dead links.

I'm wanting to model some 16 DP spur gears with 14.5 degree pressure angle.

it was not an accurate tsx for designing, you would be better off using a gear designer for a true representation of a gear. there are many on the web.

this one crashes ts6.5.

zipped one works in ts 7.6

Not accurate, eh? Then it would be nifty if someone made an accurate gear generator plugin.

At least for involute spur gears.

you would be better off tracking down a copy of conversion pak then you could import many cad formats, because no one will make a plugin for that.

I've been trying to find Conversion Pack 2.1 but no luck so far. I have version 2.0 but that doesn't work with tS 6.6.

I don't have a gear gen tsx but here is a gear scene that I downloaded from true space about 5 years ago. Don't know how it was generated but if you open a 2D view on click on time event gears will rotate properly.

I have downloaded Tsconpack 2.1 but when i click to install, it say that Caligari truespace is not installed, i have TS full installed maybe nothing is writed in the registery base, it's strange.

Cellulo, you must temporarily rename your trueSpace761 folder to trueSpace75 and it will install. Select ts75 when the option of which version to install appears.
