U3DA December Challenge - Santa is... A DRAGON!

Rules:
The title says it all. As it turns out, good old Santa Claus is in fact... A DRAGON!
Make Santa as a dragon and put him in a portrait picture or a full scene. Any and all visual styles accepted, even 2D drawings if you want.

Use any program you like.

No pre-made models allowed.

One image per entry.
You may enter as many times as you like.

The deadline is new years eve. December 31. The poll will start the day after.
