August 2018 Forum Update

The forums are overdue for an update, so sometime this weekend the software will be updated. Current status is that I have a working copy of the forums on my local machine with data as recent as last night and will be trying out the update on it before doing the live server.

I've worked out the steps needed to update the forum software. The forums will be unavailable during the update. Forums should be down for less than an hour.
The update will occur about 14 hours from now.
