tsFlash Plugin/exporter

Post by Rhino169 »

I still have TS6 loaded and can still generate Flash content from truespace.

Is there any feature in TS7.61 for doing this? :?:

Is anyone still using this feature for anything or do they have any examples?

Here is a webpage I made from truespace exported to flash:

It was never officially announced but the flash plugin was included in the full version of tS7.61
7.61Std doesn't have it because of no modelside to run it in.
This also reminds me to add the flash plugin help file to the missing documents thread.

Hey thanks! I do have the full version. :bananathumb:

Glad I mentioned it. I'll look forward to seeing the manual.

Wasn't it exportable as Viewpoint, or macromedia shockwave director files as well?

I was hoping to us the Viewpoint feature as a 3d viewer if it is going to be a big problem getting trueplay to be reduced to a viewer only without editing.

Macromedia (.w3d) and viewpoint (.mtx) can be exported if you have the convert pack 2.0 for modelside.

For a realtime presentation i export TS file on wirefusion. you can show your scene on the web without plugin because it is java (see the picture: the textures was made with TS and the uv map is correctly converted) . Also you can export animated object from TS to the web. then add interactivity with sound, video, action with the mouse and more...
example to rotate an object (use the mouse to rotate te object)

Many other examples on my web site (link above)

Nice work Marcel!

Do you know the actual file name for Conversion Pak 2?

I am very sure I did buy it.

Thanks in advance. :bananathumb:

Well, it ends up I already uploaded the manual a while ago. It's about half way down the page here:

Clintonman has done it again! :bananathumb:

Thanks!

I assume most old .tsx plugin work with modelside? :?:

Marcel....Does the 3d viewer you render to give you options to zoom or move inside of the model...or is it only rotate?

tS66ConvPack21 <----this is the one I found so far..7.94mb <----this one looks for the Ts6.6exe file...so it won't load...I even tried to rename the folder temporaily.

and ConvPack2 <---- 7.75mb

tsFlash <---682kb

Still looking.... :)

I assume that the plugin files and Paks were never posted as free anywhere?
