Thank you Cellulo for the Blender tutorial links. I have watched many and find myself giving up on Blender over the years.
Today I decided to give it another try and watched the set by Blender Cookie, (which you listed below)

Finally Blender is starting to make sense! After watching numerous videos I can finally get my head wrapped around this program.
I know Finis is interested in learning Blender and my advise to him is to watch these two "Interface and Navigation" also "Modeling"
You'll thank me later!

Everytime I had started Blender simple task like creating an object, extruding a face, figuring out what the 3D cursor's purpose was etc. etc drove me nuts!
The two tutorials mentioned above renewed my effort in learning this powerful program.

i follow blender since the 2.24 version, i have bought books for the 2.49 and 2.60 , i know the base navigation but never do anything inside blender because i have some trouble to choose a 3d modeler, i want learn truespace, i want learn hexagon , i want learn blender or carrara studio, in blender i can't use cycles GPU because my nvidia card is not supported, and finally need free time to do my tests in all modelers to find the good one for me. it's very sad that truespace is discontinued, i like the icons UI, easy to learn.

Yes you can Draise, all tutorials are for Blender 2.6 and maybe also suitable for the new upcoming blender version 2.70. Big thanks for the authors of these cool videos tutorials. My external HD is full of blender videos tutorials .

Hey, I have been digging around and... have had trouble finding good material on it - but do you have Animation Nodes and Sverchok addon tutorials? It would be great ot have that a separate section - as those addons are SUPER functional, giving Blender Houdini, Softimage ICE and Cinema 4D like powers.

But it's a hard topic to study. I'd give you a beer donation for that if you'd like.

My list is not sorted by modeling techniques because there is too much tutorials about Blender to sort them and they cover a large things that can be made in Blender, and surely there is more to come when the 2.8 version will be out.
