This connects an image plane node to a scene camera so the an image or image sequence always fills the camera view.
This is based on Prodigy's image sequence script.

I have no idea where I got the numbers 766 x 510, but the image(not pixel) aspect of 1.5 is the same for 720 x 480
NTSC DV is defined as 720 x 480 with a pixel aspect ratio of 0.9
The pixel aspect comes from the camera used to create the video not from any calculations.
That's old technology now, so most videos created in the last 10 years would have a pixel aspect ratio of 1.0
Also be sure your 3d window size is set with Work area dimensions checked.
