A lot of people shy away form texturing a model yet it is something that is very rewarding once you wrap your head around it. Just ask MadMouse.
Looks like your headed in the right direction. I actually enjoy texturing as much as modeling.
What are your impressions working with MODO?

Hi Steinie, modo is a awsome app that can do enything you want when you know what does what.
for instance edit a imported model , you first have to change the model to a mesh wher as in any other app this
is automatic, to texture the cover on the dvd case first select the front face hit m on the keyboard rename it and hit ok
then in the stack open render find the new name aply new map if its backwards just add a - sighn in front of the scale x y or z
that flips it.
basicly its a lot of learning but in the end you have a app that will do anything your heart desires
and thats cool .its worth it.
next to learn is rigging in modo i got the jist of it now i must make it work?
never stop learnnig.
