Hehehe took a few days of vacations =P
Breech Block: Hey thanx a lot! I'm really glad that you are liking my work
Steinie: The SDS Weights are a very useful tool, what I do is, at first, try to adjust the non-SDS edges that I want to be sharp so that they follow the pattern that I want them to. (Firts and Second attatched images), then go up a few levels in the SDS and select the SDS Weights tool once in edit mode, then the mouse cursor will change (... to an anvil?) and you can then select the edges that you've prepared, each time you select one, hold down the left mouse button and start dragging up or down in order to increase or decrease the sharpness of that edge. Once you've done this, it is usually necessary to re-position in SDS mode some of the vertexes (Which affects their possition in the non-SDS)
Two tips: Its better to use this tool out of Mirror Modeling mode (if not, the tS wont update correctly as you drag the mouse 'till you release the left button) and also, if you want a completely straight edge, you must also afect the edges that are adyacent to the one you want to be straight (The are affected by their neighbor edges).
You can also select undividual faces and they will usually become flat-semicircular (Or also, select several edges/faces while holding down the shift button) there are a lot of things that can be done with SDS Weights
The third attatched image shows the mesh from the two other ones once the SDS Wieghts have been applied.
Hope that this can help you Steinie!
