PE Pivot Snap Update

In PE mode the pivot can be moved to a selection by pressing "p" and left clicking on the edit widget.

This update adds right clicking to orient the pivot to a face before moving to the face and middle clicking orients the pivot to the face then moves the pivot to the object center.
