Can anyone help with this problem that is kinda reminiscent of 6.6.
Here are 2 screenshot of a model made in workSpace with the bridge off. All objects are primitives, copied rotated scaled as necessary.
I am trying to encapsulate the objects into 1 model so i can put into file with other floors of the building, 3d encapsulate results in the second screenshot, looks quite good but not what i intended!
I have tried flattening history before encapsulating, i have tried normalising axis location while all objects are selected. i suspect i have built the model wrong. Any tips on avoiding this problem in the future? (yeah yeah switch to another 3d program etc...)
TIA

Re: oldProblem
OK sorted it!
Flatten history and regular encapsulate (not 3d encapsulate) does it. Have to re-apply scripts for proximity opening of doors etc 'cos of the flatten history but bit early for that sort of stuff anyway!
