I found some one time job for visualization of floor components (the thing between concrete and floor, that isolation)... Iam one of competitors for this and future jobs.
what do you think so far? is the concrete floor looking like concrete? I know that window dont have handles :)
its rendered in vray. Currently its WIP, comments are welcome, but no time to work on in for too long. just few days.

The light through the windows is nice but it is bleaching out the floor layers. I would use a low level light to create the exterior light shining on the floor as a highlight to the reflectance of the floor but the key for the image is the flooring and layers of underpad.
I would also suggest that the colour of the walls be used to highlight the visual of the floor. A complimentary matte pastel would work nicely.
