I remember of one other BZII model maker that used TS to make game models, but I know of no others that used TS for other video games. Sadly, most model makers seem prefer 3d Studio Max and Blender 3d. I've kind of burned out on Battlezone II, but I still love making things in 3d with Truespace...always will I guess? Greetings to all BTW. Leroy.
Is anyone making game models with Truespace?

Personally, I've made tons of low poly models for Activisions old Battlezone II Combat Commander, but I was wondering if any other model makers have made game models for any other video games? I export my Truespace models with the default modelside X exporter and convert them with an older version of 3d Exploration to an older version of Softimages XSI ASCII text based format. For the most part the converted models work quite well in Combat Commander. 3d Exploration, can convert 3ds, COB and SCN files to XSI, but these formats don't convert as well compared to the X model format.

Re: Is anyone making game models with Truespace?
Sure. I've done many models for FPSC classic and GAme Guru. with default .x. For Reality Factor... Export as 3ds, make .act in equity.... .x for DX studio. Messing around with Torque exporter. Got a static object into that. Got models into silent walk 2, Mega Kerma.
I mesh everything in TS. Use Lith unwrap, fragmotion, Pacemaker, Ms3d for animation and converting.
With a little pipeline action, you can get TS objects into anything.
You add clintons pluggins for fbx, dae, md5, unreal, you have many exports.
If we had a plug in like joint master for the workspace side. (because keyframing stinks on that side for characters.) you could export to tons of modern engines.
