Integration trueSpace_Bryce

Post by marcel »

Simple method to work with different software for the same render.
I use the best of both worlds to avoid repeating textures. The final result is a hybrid of two renderers engine.

Hi Marcel !
I do that all the time.. thats the reason why I use 3d in the first place..
to render and get parts that are missing to my photography...

Hi Rayman. You are right. Many people try to work on the same software for the final render. Import/export Can be used for other thing. Only the result is important. Before computer i used oil painting, pencil and water color on the same paper. It was funny to do. :)

While you were away I posted about a type of software with which you can quickly alter the look of
the final image without going through a process of a lot of PP......
vi ... f=4&t=3194"
Its the result that counts and makes the creative piece work... its not about the software its about "looking" and being creative.. !

Yeah, I too use many render passess and clever masks to create better effects, composition from multiple programs and to cut render times. Here is just some examples below.

I didn't include all the passess, as I excluded foilage masks and shadow/AO layers.

This triple color mask using a Matte/Key/Luminance/Hue compositing method, I can insert 3D action inbetween a foreground and background from only two renders. (thus opening to circular camera motion)

Pardon the low quality, uploading and converting things online sucks.......

Thanks for the awesome work to this forum!!!
