Xpresso - no plan - just action

Carrar 8 Pro/Hexagon
Lost track of time - restart - think 3-4 hours
Had problem withe rendering, then when I got to final I had rendered it some odd size, like 400 x ???, so it's a tad blurry after enlarging.
EDIT: Re-rendered to proper size and did some post work.

Here's mine. I'm not sure if I met the 3hr limit. The coffee pot took 2 hrs 30 min. Not sure about the camp fire. I think that took about 20 min for a total 2 hrs 50 min but there's not much room there if my guess is wrong. Texture and light took a couple of hours.

TS 7.6 model side, wiggledy plugin from cool powers 2 on the rocks, lightworks renderer. Sweeps, shell tool, Booleans.

why not? you should see the weird designs i got on google image search!

just a pity about the texturing though since that makes a big difference in the way the model comes across :(

For a weird design, try to increase the contrast of colors. I see the sphere (central piece) with a brigth red (Ferrari) and all other part (ears, legs and trunk, sorry i see an elephant :D ) with a chrome effect (no colors). maybe with a pastel green Environment.

I see a cool idea for a coffee machine!
Taper the trunk larger toward the head and move it up slightly.
Move the ears closer to the front and make them larger. Increase the diameter of the legs too.
This could be a funny challenge for others too.

You might have a realistic texture on the trunk that slowly turns into chrome near the end.
I like different creative ideas and this is a good one that needs more time.

Here is my quick coffe pot. I think it took about 45 minute not counting rendering/shading.
I was reviewing some tutorial videos on creating an office chair and then suddenly I realized
that the base that I was working on of the office chair would be a good staring point for trying a coffee
pot. :)

Looks like the multi-spout coffee pot would be good for pouring on a small, round table filled with cups. Not much movement, just lift the lever above the spout. :)

Great entries. I do wish Prodigy would do one but I know he is busy.
