!	Note: NOT focused specifically focused on the war in Iraq, half of this picture is the description, I decided to actually do something with that flag picture. Contraversial subject but I'll put my hand into this one this time, saves me making yet another plane

Are you proud or just ashamed?
It means nothing

Cultural difference is something that starts wars, Cultural difference is something that creates misunderstandings, Terrorism, Fascism, driving on the wrong side of the road, immigration all stem from cultural difference

Cultural difference is also the reason we go on holiday, it's a source of knowledge, another place to live and another way to live. Cultural difference offers more choice and variety. How the globe effects skin colour and languages.

Religious differences come with culture, are these things to fear or to learn about or watch? It shows how many more ways there are to live your life.

Don't discard these options

I'm sure if you want 2 specific flags, colours, images, real flags, whatever I'll give them a shot

Was the blending of the flags done in postwork?

used CKclothmotion for the flag, it's a modelside plugin and can be found on DesignDevil's site

(the same password to open the .rar file is the same password yo uuse to unlock the plugin (right click on the plugin button when it's loaded in Truespace))

Flags wre blended in postwork correct

I am always surprised to see the number of flags in the usa but i love his design.
I have one question: Is there an official flag to represent the whole earth? to show aliens...

Maybe a subject for a MMC

As ever, terrific work Steve. I must admit I really like this piece. Although initially it looks very simplistic, it's one of those images that the more you look at, it the more you notice, such as the slight DOF and overexposure. Great work and very different from your normal output.

Simple and effective! but i don't know what colors aliens can see.

@Weewil: it can be a contraversial subject if someone see the green star as a new state!

Now that WOULD be a contraversial subject. Hmm, maybe an MMC topic about flags? That may well turn out to be more 2D that 3D

Thanks, but sadly it's not as good as I hoped, it definately looks 3D, not aimed at a more photoreal sort of image.
