Appears to be a caricature of Margaret Thatcher at a political fundraiser... so fossil.

Depth of field to blur the background and focus on the main object, texture really looks like sandstone, eroded landscape like sandstone, rock looks balanced, colors, all good. The only thing I see that is not good is that the distant high mountain on the right is directly behind part of the eroded rock. Those things in line like that distract from the picture. Moving the mountain a little left or right would fix it.

There is something in this artwork that suggest the stone shape had been chiseled by man eons ago. Now nature has again taken control.

Reminds me of rock formations that were once molten rock. Like in the crater of a volcano. Nice work Marcel!

@ Finis: these are not real mountains but closer rocky ground. The effect of an exaggerated fog may give the illusion but it is only for aesthetic effect. I always preferred the look of an illustration to reality, even if it seems realistic.
@ Draise: yes it is Ivy Generator. I import the obj from Ivy to Bryce Then I create a cob object for TS. Import directly on TS removes the hierarchy of objects.

The background is a Bryce terrain. The rock is modeled with TS. Render with lightwork (hdri) on modelside with the image of Bryce on the background.

It would be interesting to do the same illustration but a few thousand years earlier with the same point of view to give an answer to the meaning of this pile of rocks.

Ok Finis, i understand now. You are right. This part need to move to the right or maybe erased.
I will use Photoshop for this problem.
It is why i post here. Most of my illustrations are better after.
