Cause they need a lot of paperwork to get anything done... more time is wasted in the paperwork and legalities than the time I can invest in the work itself! But now it's all done.. so I'm working on two motion graphics I have to do before thursday, for a couple grand in USD... I will be working around the clock.

Draise, if you are reading this before you finish that work then get off of here and get back to work!

Why was their bureaucracy involved? Step one to making something better: get government out of it.

Show the animations when they are done if you can. If you can't how about describing them. $2K is good money for a week's work or a longer more reasonable time to do it.

Tactics: If you are fairly sure you will get the job and the paperwork is a formality (you'll get the "ok" but the process just takes time) then start the work before you complete the bureaucratic process.
