Are there any beginner tutorials for using the Truespace interface to model? Or to use for illustrations?
For example how would I create a circle or ball and texture it?

Re: Beginner tutotials
Welcome to this site Ladee7bug. I will assume you are a beginner just entering the 3D world or
new to trueSpace? TrueSpace is VERY confusing at first so don't panic!
When asking a question always let us know which side of trueSpace you want to learn about. Why?...
TrueSpace is two different programs, one is the older version which has a tab labeled "Modeler".
The new program with all new tools is labeled "WorkSpace" they communicate with each other using a
"Bridge"
Each side has a set of Icons and they might look the same. Model side icons have a light gray look and workSpace icons
have a darker gray look. If your using the Model side use the light gray icons and ignore the darker ones.
A lot of new users are not aware of the PDF manual which you can browse for subject interested in. For a sphere (ball) on the Model Side
do these three steps:
Chapter 4 page 42 to create a sphere
Next apply a "Spherical Projection" Chapter 6 page 3
Now to make it look like a ball...
"Material" or texture Chapter 6 page 28
Now you need to light your scene and then render the results.
Chapter 7
If you try and understand those four steps you will have a great head-start. Learn this application in small steps
so you are not overwhelmed.
Use this thread to ask any other questions you might have.
Have fun!
