tS7.6.1 Scene Animator
Here is a Scene Animator for animating Background color, Ground settings, Scene Render Attributes, and Postprocess.
Also useful to Save with your scene and the settings will apply automatically.
I created the Layout paths from the tS7.6.1 Unofficial Update so it might not work if you did not install it.

Select the Reset button to reset all the default settings.
Select the Dock button to show this panel in the Stack.

This is supported in a Default Layout or similar by default.
If you wish to use this in another window or layout you will have to change the paths in the Layouts aspect to reflect that window.

You must enable the Scene Animator - Attributes from the Keying panel first before setting keyframes by selecting this panel and right click the
