The U3DA's regular modeling challenge, the MMC, has just started afresh for July. The theme for this month is a Hero's/Villain's Secret Hideout and is open to ALL community members. If you have never entered the MMC before it is a great way to learn 3D and it is certainly where I started when I began. Posting an optional Work In Progress thread allows participants to get lots of advice and feedback on their project from other community members who always pitch in with lots of encouraging comments too.
