Dates and Deadlines:

The challenge begins March 2, 2019, and ends March 26 at midnight in your location.
The poll will start on March 27, 2019 and continue through March 30, 2019.

Comments Thread. Discuss the challenge in the comments thread. (link)
Poll Thread. A poll will appear on the day specified above. The winner will be determined by the votes in the poll.
The winner will set the theme and make the rules for the next challenge.
