hi guys, first, sorry for my bad english.

i have a problem here, every time that i click on a object, automatically the software create several copies of that object. every single time that i press the left button, when i release the button, 2 or 3 copies appear on the scene, on same position of the original.

I can not model anything, every time i select something, that appear twice. just for you have in mind, only selecting and deleting, from 1 cube, the scene pass to have 63. (the first time it was with a sphere, imagine how many polygons was on the scene, yeah, that crashes my computer... )

i already try to reinstall, install in a different folder... install the 7.6 version instead the 7.61, but the error come over and over...

anyone ha a idea of what is that?, or how can i resolve this?
can i resolve this without to have to format the pc?

Well since you have installed two versions of trueSpace with the same results I would think
there is a video card or driver issue.
The duplication happens after you install trueSpace and is the first thing that happens?
What video card are you using? Is it DX9C or later compatable?
What Windows version are you using?

yeah, you're right, maybe is a problem with the video driver...
i'll try to update the driver here, then I say if worked, thanks ^^

Bad mouse? Old mouse? I had one that did something similar before it died... every click was a double click.
Stuff spawning all over the place!

Is the array tool activated? That creates multiple copies of objects.
Probably would not be activated after a reinstall but worth a look.

it depend if it is a problem of bad refresh or if it is real objects duplicated.
in first case, it is a driver video issue (i have some problem of refreshs with an old nvidia and a notebook).
In second case, maybe you confused the copy icon (blue arrow) and the tool icon (white arrow)

i tried to update the video card, but doesn't worked.
i gonna try to change my mouse.
i also will try to record a video of the problem, that may help you to understand.
array is not on, and I'm not using the copy tool.
copies happen involuntarily. when i select the object, when i move it, rotate the object, when i exit of the polygon edition mode. almost every thing generate the copies.

Hi man lmb select object rmb 2 times to enter edit mode
first rmb click cancels copy

I'm not an expert but I do believe your video hardware is part of your motherboard. I also believe that version was not very good in 3D. I hope it turns out to be something else.
