I got the frames in jpg, now...
I need to import the images to movie maker? I never did a animation with images on movie maker or any video editor, just in gif... So what I need to do on movie maker?

The bad news for you is that moviemaker does not show images for only 1 frame, it's minimum time it shows a frame on screen is around 5. So you'll need another program
If you can understand a bit of german, try Designdevil's "BiVi" program, it compiles iamges into one video

Download VirtualDub.
If you load in the first frame of a sequence, it will automatically load the rest. Then you can process and save them as an Avi.

Thank you guys... I tried VirtualDub and it seems good but for some reason it just pick 173 frames from the 400...
So I go by Marcel and worked well but seems that quality get a bit down, there is a option to maintain the quality?
I tried downloading BiVi but got a problem with the download and I was with no time to try again, but I gotta check it out... maybe is the best of the three.

curious leon: this utility is the most simple i know and the quality is the same as an uncompressed movie with about 7 megabits/sec. I tried to convert a folder with 600 jpg (640X480) and the result is the maximum quality you can have (better than most professional soft i know!). Maybe it depend of the quality of your jpg or you have a problem of codec with your computer.
On XP you need Microsoft .NET Framework (v1.1) and Radius cinepak. and maybe your problem of render on TS is the same. Most of people have not a good config in their pc to do animation (too many soft, video game, etc...). It is not a problem for a still image but a big problem for animation. I have an old pc with less memory than your pc and i can do 1000 frames in one time with a complex scene on TS.

I still use Adobe Premiere for most stuff, and it accepts jpg sequences just fine. Might be a bit pricier than what you're looking for but you may be able to get a used or discounted copy on Ebay. Most of my software was bought initially from there and I often continue to upgrade them from Ebay finds (these are legitimate, legal copies by the way, and in some cases I was even able to get good deals on product still boxed and shrink wrapped).
