Yes, but still all rental system. I miss the perpetual licenses.

The Max and Maya ones seem to be a temporary 1 year thing. When the year is up the price goes back to normal. That's to say you resubscribe at the full price. As far as rental goes I like the Houdini indie prices better than the rest, hard to beat $400 for 2 years.

Nope its not! All are going rental and have indie just like Houdini which basically is cool! For everyday you have free Blender..but when you need something special for your project you get it until you have it done!
You can rent ie. Vue for one month..make all your hdri you need for.. Blender..make the trees you need...for Blender..and when done you dont need to rent it!
Maya indie tier will stay! Maybe go up 10 to 20% but..thats what to expect!
