So I removed the ATI 2600 HD from the computer,
and reinstalled the 1600, with the original drivers
on the CD. Now Messiah loads just fine. Go figure.
I could not get it to work before. Heh. That's good.
I originally tried the nvidia 6600, but I think it's dead.
The fan does not spin at all. I tried all power connectors.
Now I wonder, even though the capacitors were puffed up,
if that was the problem all along. We'll see.
Messiah works now. Go figure.
