Had some issues; I will write when I am more cognizant.
Issue is with respect to adding a port using Ctrl-drag to drag a scene into a scene.
A linkbar is either created or updated; problem is, editing in the LE is required in order to get port numbers right. I need to document a good procedure for this.

when you ctrl drag to create a new space , it will (should)create a space with the next available port number within the range of ports available , eg : if you already have 1109, 1110 , 1111, 1112, but remove 1110, from the project , next room automatically created by drag and drop will take the 1110 port number.

the link bar in the new room should point back to the room it was created from.
the room where the link was created from should have the correct port to the new created space.

However yes if you then change port numbers for spaces using the server view , then the link bars will have to manually edited to point to the correct places/port numbers relating to the spaces.
