Some people may be shocked by the subject but I am passionate by the beautiful images. Robots can make love not war but war may be more shocking than love.

I was surprised at how much of the video was real stuff.

It reminded me of a art website it saw once. By "art website" I mean that the website itself is the work of art. It was presented as if it was in the future where Earth is uninhabitable by biological life -- life as we know it anyway. Before whatever happened was complete some people had made "the passage". Their minds were transferred, or maybe copied, to "robot" bodies. The site featured the stories of several of them. The stories told of how the people tried to keep their humanity and some resemblance to the world they knew before.

The images on that site were CG like TS. Anyone know where it is? All I remember is the theme, that the transference was called "the passage", and that there was a French and an English version.

When I was a teenager a read a lots of Science-fiction novels.

I remembered one novel of one of the famous writers. If it were Isac Asimov , James Blish or Arthur Clarke I cant remember. The novel were about the next step in evolution: the technical. We humans were as the dinosaurs are today and the machines had taken over the world and had continued the evolution. It seems that there is a probality that this prediction is right........

The hard thing about CG are to be creative and have new ideas to do animations. I also like the Björk video because it's creativity. All the small things in this video to do a good computer graphics. The most important thing is to have an idéa.

To do a CG rendering is just a tool to visualise the idéa among the old tools of pencils and colours. I'm thinking of artists among others like Salvador Dali, René Magritte, Pablo Picasso ...... What would they do if they had the computer power?
