Is Trueplay pretty much dead?
I don't see much in terms of web listings but do hope that this product still lives in some remote corner of the globe. Did it sie when Caligari went down. Thanks.

Why use truePlay (a stripped down version of trueSpace7) when you can use trueSpace7...?
I do miss my bike though. Butterfly handlebars, monster bar, banana seat, metal flake blue, and Popping wheelies......Yehahahahahahaha!

Re: Is Trueplay pretty much dead?
How does it work? I see the login window pop up but what do I do next? I picked a user name and pasword and another widow open up, but what do I do next? It seems to be trying to connect, but doesn't go any further. I could use some assistance on how to get connected to the shared space. Thanks.

Re: Is Trueplay pretty much dead?
you need a trueserve setup somewhere for that part, like froo's space.
Trueplay can work on its own but it's great to show a client what you are doing. you have trueserve running on your system and give your client the address to your server..there are some posts here about it, about froospace most recently.

I need to start it back up again.
Won't be much there but you can play in it.
