A year since I started modeling.

Post by MikomDude »

I'd like to share that it's probably around this time last year that I made my first models. :)
I remember modding a game called Star Wars: The battle of Endor and I needed to learn modeling for that. I also remember my first model, it was a Cylon Raider for my Battlestar Galactica mod (which I never finished btw). The weird part is, I don't remember how I found trueSpace in the first place. What I do remember is that I found trueSpace several months before I finally started modeling. At this time, trueSpace could still be downloaded from the Caligary website.
I know that most of you have been using trueSpace for many years now but since I'm still a beginner, I'm quite happy with how things turned out. Even though there are no more updates, even though there are so many bugs and even though trueSpace doesn't work on my computer anymore for some strange reason, I still like it.

Well, just wanted to say that, have a nice day :D

Well, I have spent a lot of time on learning it. Since I never did much before, taking up modeling sure filled up all of the spots where I didn't do anything :)
