This program looks real useful for breaking down really large single file program installer programs in to several smaller files suitable for attaching to posts with a limited file attachment size; in my case 5 megabytes. I just wanted to share this information with the community as it has some very broad applications in regard to sharing excessively humongous files of all kinds.
I tried it on the Blender version 2.59 installer program using 5 meg file chunks which created 5 smaller files plus a DOS .BAT file to merge the 5 files again into the original 2.59 installer and installed Blender from this re merged file group. The result was successful and Blender was installed without issue. I eventually would like to use this program to upload the various Truespace installers on my modeling forum as several smaller zip files which could then be unzipped in a single folder and then be reassembled with the .BAT file to the original TS installer programs.
