Coming Back
All,
Just wanted to pop in and say hello. Things are hectic as heck around the house with the kids but I think I may be able to find some time in between everything else to enjoy some 3D time again.
Hope all is well with everyone and I look forward to catching up with those of you that I know and meeting those of you that I don't.
Peace

Hey RAYMAN, I actually broke out Vue again the other day. Not quite ready to invest the money in it but the amount of support and the tutorials at geekatplay.com is amazing.

Re: Coming Back
Did you see the 50% special ?
I actually see one of Truespaces future in it....
We need to get character animations out better and we would need animation export possibilities for modelside...
Another option will be Thea standalone.....for animation
100$ for Vray standalone is a little high....

Hi tahnoak, great to hear from you again and that you feel you have some free time nowadays to indulge in a spot of 3D'ing. Kinda missed your very distinctive work around these parts and your own incitefull comments on my own work.
So, welcome back and can't wait to see your next piece.

Hey Breech, thanks. Okay, before I go looking. You have to tell me how the last piece (that I remember you working on) ended up. It was a bunch of SWAT cars surrounding something but that is where I lost track of it.

Ha ha, as luck would have it, I just finished it the other week. Just click on the "My on-line gallery" link in my signature below and it will take you straight to it. I named it Code Blue; I hope you think it was worth the wait.

Great work Breech... well worth the wait. Thanks for letting me know where to find it. The only thing that bugged me was that I couldn't zoom in and check out the detail. As you may or may not recall, I love the detail in others work (mostly cuz I am not there yet myself).

Hey Rayman....I was checking out Vue again today and saw Infinite on sale online for download for $198 (limited time offer it said). Do you know how long that has been like that or is it truly a limited time offer? It looks like a good deal and I think it is the full operational package and not an upgrade from an earlier version.
Thoughts??

Thanks for the kind words Tahnoak.tahnoak wrote:Great work Breech... well worth the wait. Thanks for letting me know where to find it. Err... just in case you didn't realize, once you have clicked on a thumbnail in my profile, the selected image is then opened up alongside any description. If you then click on the image again, it opens the image up in a new window. Enlarge the window to maximum to see the image at it's full size, which the site restricts to 1024 x 640. If your really keen to see if at its proper size, I can always e-mail you the 1920 x 1200 version.
