That's impressive Marcel, probably your best sculpt yet! Did you need to have heavy references to get the final!? It's very anatomically correct!

Thank Draise.
I use the documentation with anatomical drawings and photographs of real skulls. I start by making a very simple model with trueSpace. Then I import it on Sculptris and I divided the volume before starting with a tablet and stylus. I still have several photos on another screen. Then I have to work out the details with the bump mapping done on Illustrator. In the end, I return to trueSpace to finish materials and rendering.
This is the same method I used for my homosaure and my megalocerosaure. Even if it becomes imaginary, from on correct bases give more realism to animals that do not exist. Otherwise we only have potatoes.
