Hey folks. Just curious if anyone else has come across this problem. I had reinstalled TS 7 into a new computer (my old one is kaput) and recently, 7.6. I installed Vray for TS7, then the 7.6 version in the corresponding TS version. In both cases when I attempt to render using Vray, I get an error message: :Vray package cannot be loaded. I also think there has been another error message but I forgot to jot that one down. Has anyone encountered this and, if so, found a fix?

Note: VRay will not work with tS7.61 Standalone version and the patch will not make it work either.
Use tS "YafaRay" to YaFray Renderer instead.

What I was referring to was vray for TS 7 and vray for 7.6 (both were separate purchases and downloads). I actually installed these some time ago but only recently thought to ask about the issue, since it's happening with both versions of TS. In my old computer, I had Vray for ts7 and it worked fine. In the new computer, it does not, and the newer Vray for ts 7.6 returns the same error. I have not yet attempted to run Vray in 7.61. I would be happy if I could even get it to work in only TS 7... I am basically animating in 6.6 then importing these scenes into a higher version of TS in order to use hdri and, hopefully, Vray. Has anyone else had this issue?

What versions of TS will Yafaray work with? Any issues with objects that contain bones (probably a dumb question from an ignorant noob to the renderer, but might as well ask).

No.... I work almost exclusively on the model side and am not familiar with the ins and outs of the workspace side yet. I'm honestly not even certain what the package manager is...
