Please! let me know where can I download it... My email address is solideye@naver.com

trueSpace7.6 contains pretty much ts6.6 in its modeler side and its pretty usable and stable in not only my experiences... you should give it a try. Maybe there is just something wrong... what problems do you encounter with 7.6?

Re: Where can I download truespace 6.6 ?
For example, when I edit a curve in curve edit mode, I can't see point and handles of curve realtime on truespace 7.5 and 7.51beta.
It is very inconvenient. But I can see point and handles realtime on truespace 5.0. It seems bug.
And truespace 7.5 and 7.51beta are too slow on my old computer.

7.61 has 6.6 available by selecting the Modelside or 6.6 tab when 7.61 loads up.

Re: curve edit handles;
Try a left click on the Add Curve icon and check 'all handles'.
Also check display options, left click on D3D icon and change transparency level to see if it helps visibility.

Re: Where can I download truespace 6.6 ?
Hi! I find awesome there is a site dedicated to Truespace
however I also find Truespace 7.X simply too different from previous 3.2 version which I loved for its simplicity and because it was the first 3d software I ever used and I used it extensively. I know it lacked several advanced functionalities which probably 7.x has...but again, it is like learning from scratch (I even watched some tutorials for 7.x), and for that I could be learning a new 3d package altogether...but there is no need for that for simple stuff.
in the downloads section there is no link for v. 5 or 6.
maybe I was not searching correctly?
thanks a lot!!

Re: Where can I download truespace 6.6 ?
This is one way...
Q: I only want to use the Model Side (6.6) / I only want to use the Workspace Side (7.x). How do I do that?
A: Disable the Bridge as follows:
1. Switch to the Model Side by clicking the Model tab in the upper left corner of the program.
2. Select the Setting tab in the upper right corner of program.
3. Set the Bridge option to "Off" with the drop down list in the Desktop section (upper portion of the Setting tab). Note: The default Bridge setting is "Auto".
This will disable the Bridge, freeing up computer resources. Note: When turning off the Bridge, you will NOT be able to transfer changes between the Workspace and Model Sides. To do that you must reactivate the Bridge.
Don't forget that if you're using trueSpace 7.61 and you want to use only the Workspace Side, there is a Workspace Side-only version available. It is called the "std" (Standard) or "Rosetta" version and, since it does not contain either the Model Side or the Bridge, it runs faster and uses less system resources. If desired, you can have both the full trueSpace 7.61 edition (with both Workspace and Model Sides) and the trueSpace 7.61 standard/Rosetta edition (with just the Workspace Side) installed on the same computer because each program installs to a different path. Then you can pick which version of the program to run.
