looks like nice features. Its not compatible with winXP :D so I will check it at work on monday. They generate revenue from training, etc. thats maybe why it has so damn complicated UI :D (very far from tS). But its just a matter of habbit i think. Iam curious to see it my own eyes and mouse :)

thanks for the tip!

unfortunately can't actually get this to run on my x64 vista system with a gtx260 8gb ram and dx11, so will have a trouble shoot session on either mon or tues next week (these are currently my "weekend", will let you know how I get on.

might be that my Q8200 processor isnt supported, not too sure as yet.

Looks like it only works with dx11 cards so I'm out of luck with my dx10.

I am pretty much in the same boat ,I have x64 Win7 with a gtx260 ,the gtx260 is apparently a DX10 card which seems to be the problem as MachStudio Pro is only for DX11 cards.

Always wondered why ts7 didn't focus on this. I'm still on the fence about it, initially it looked good but then I saw that one of the arch viz scenes took five hours to set up (with purchased assets, no less) to "get that vray look". Looks good, but hardly a massive time saver overall imo. Other stuff doesn't look too much better to what can already be done in TS (with an AO baker and other trickery).

On paper hdr cameras, real-time displacement and such look interesting, but I'll wait and see for more examples and tutorials before jumping on this bandwagon.

Vista and Windows 7 already have DX11 installed, most of us have to have DX9.0c installed as well for our apps to work.
DX11 and DX9.0c can reside together without problems,so if we have DX11 compatible hardware it will automaticaly use DX11.

Looks interesting and fun, I have the hardware to play, so from that standpoint I am cool with it... but getting content into this puppy is not too easy. It appears to only support its own format. The converters are for the big guy programs, MAya, Max, XSI, Sketchup7, Rivit and others. NP for me, I have the student version to XSI and MAYA, but definitely not a hobbyist toy.
It will take a few days to get into this guy with these tutorials though. More to come.

when i tried to run it, i got error in inicializing graphics - that my hardware is propably not compatible with DX11, which sucks alot :D thats rediculous. folks... you need latest DX11 GPU to use Mach Studio Pro, indeed.
