Hey, y'all!
I'm doing some stop-motion style stuff in tS and am doubling keyframes to simulate "shooting in twos", whereby the animator takes two frames per pose.
It's done for speed/economy, but also is a huge part of the charm of stop-motion animation.
Problem: tS only wants to set a keyframe when it detects movement / something changed. So my workaround is to pose the object, set a key, frame forward once, move object, click undo, set a key. This tricks tS into allowing me to set duplicate frames for a given pose.
I can copy/paste in the KFE or use the KFE recorder, but I'd rather not fiddle with all that.
Ideas? (Seems like I remember a plugin back in the day for setting keys.)

Re: Simply set keyframe?
Seems to work as you want in the Scene Editor's Record Keyframe button. Ctrl+R
I unchecked Auto Record too.
Possible plugin:
Search "keyframe" here:

Thanks, trueBlue!
It turns out I'm about to do double-keyframing really easily in MotionStudio.
As I'll be keeping the camera on "ones", I may not need to delve into native tS keyframe manipulation.
Here's an example:
