I should post some photos.
Our 1999 Sentra needs to be retired. It's not worth repairing anymore; we've run it through the ringer.
Just 3 more weeks, and we can replace it. But every day there's a new sound: a creak, a groan, a shudder.
Sometimes there's a new leak. We turn on the heater, and the stereo shuts off. One door doesn't close all the way.
The upholstery is falling down. The driver side mirror is glued on. Hail damage, ripped rear bumper. The ignition and door lock solenoids were replaced in Texas due to a nearby lightning strike. The starter coil and door lock solenoids were destroyed. The right side was considerably damaged due to a broadside impact in Virginia. The right axle gasket is dried out, causing a leak at the transmission. The power steering is failing.

These all may be 'little things', but, that tells us there could be something that could become major. And it's really pointless to repair it.
So, time to replace it.

Dont buy a black Ferrari they are nicer in red !

I have an old 2005 Kia spectra with 100+k miles but it still goes thank god. If anybody hears of a squirrel powered engine please let me know I need to eventually replace it with something more effiecient. Seriously, Kia's are all that bad. Leroy.

We plan on getting a 2013 Sentra SL, graphite blue. Yeah we like them.

We can get about $300.00 for my wife's car. If we sell it ourselves, maybe, $500.00.
Funny thing is, it runs well, it just has some things that are going to fail. That's why I have
a hard time trading it in, because I know it will go to salvage. I'm tempted to just give it to someone that
really needs it. But then again, if the car needs repair, they may just junk it. Meh.

I think it's the Foundation for the Blind that takes cars regardless of operating condition as a donation. Not sure about that, read it somewhere.

Purple Heart will take vehicles as well.
Tax deductible.

As a guy who is from Detroit, I will refrain from criticizing your choice of replacement vehicle. Much.
