SPAMMERS have discovered tSCommunity :(

Post by First Light »

Greetings,

It appears that spammers have discovered our new community. What should you do if you see a spam post? Answer: Report the post by clicking on the "!" (report this post) button on the offending post.

AeroBlue Theme
If you're using the AeroBlue theme, you'll see the "report this post" button in the upper right corner of the post. It appears as an exclamation point [!] in a small square button.

Prosilver Theme
If you're using the prosilver theme, you'll see the "report this post" button at the top of the post a little to the right of center. It appears as an exclamation point \!/ in an upside-down triangle button (like an inverted "yield" sign).

TwilightBB Theme
If you're using the TwilightBB theme, you'll see the "report this post" button in the bottom right corner of the post. It appears as a lone text exclamation point "!". You won't realize it's actually a button until you hover your mouse over it and the pointer changes to a hand to indicate that it can be clicked.

The "Report this post" form will appear once you click the "report this post" button. Select the reason from the drop down list. In this case select "Spam > The reported post has the only purpose to advertise for a website or another product". Then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom.

Best regards, First Light

Maybe registration needs sort of control again, or this will turn into a porn advertisement site.

I have other solution in mind but let's see if this solve the problem.

Yup. Guess we could say that everyone has plenty of anatomy reference photos now, lol. I think I deleted them all, but if not let a mod know and we'll get them best we can.
No booleans were used in the mangling of this message... :?

the phpbb copyright is one of the ways they find the site.. try doing a google search, you'll find all the forums.
try using the simple question mod, it adds a required text field for a simple question, ie "are you human?" in the registration
