Lost Frames

Post by Wigand »

I am still working on my watch animation.
First I used keyframes, but now I try to make a procedural animation.
The gears are easy, but the escapement is really hard :o

It is because the pallet fork is only moving in a small part of time
and this movement is very fast.

So I noticed that the fork sometimes don't move, because of the
very fast changing of time. So it forgets to move

How can I get a better resolution of the timer with the same speed?
I suspect there will be no way but to make the movement slower.

You should try this Ultimate Counter:
http://forums1.caligari.com/truespace/s ... stcount=10"
Seems Dele has overcome the Timer Event jumping everytime you restart the Timer.
Very nice!
