Truespace and Sims 3 mesh's

Basically I need help with getting the sims 3 mesh's into Truespace 7.61. I'm still new to meshing but I'm learning quickly but can't seem to import the cloned file mesh of what ever object I'm trying to edit.

Could someone please help me?
