there's no special technique here... I use parva shader the sphere environment shader and add a detailed normal map also from parva. below is the set up.

update.... not gonna tell you who is it but you are free to guess.

is there smooth vertex in truespace workspace like in blender, it smooth the vertex it is good for removing bumpy cause by vertex protuding so much, I want the surface smoothly... ( I am not talking about smooth normals or sds)
and may I add is there also to automatically fix normal like recalculate normals in blender. advance thanks for those who knew about it.

If he's from a comic book universe I would have guessed Bane, but that's DC.

I not gonna spill it out... but here's the head to give an idea.. still a wip gonna create his whole body next.. I encounter a bug in workspace while doing this and also lot's of cleaning of model because sketch up and ts workspace doesn't play very well but now I have a work flow....

now I hope you guess it right this time because he's head is done....

Uhm well he's blue so... I'm gonna guess, Aquaman? I'm going to state at this point that I know about as much about comic book universes as a politician knows about logical thinking...

hehehehehe

Me neither!

Ehm, that tekkan character that has a bask and kicks around? He's green and yellow!

The Phantom? (He's purple tho..)

What was the bug? Was it the SubDivision bug? If so, Clinton made a plugin that fixes that. Let us know what it was!

here's a clue he has no super human power nor super ability all he has is a photographic memory he is an anti hero and a hero sometimes...he's been in other marvel comics appearance also... he also takes the entire hero team, the AVENGERS ( a puny human just take on the avengers). he looks like the grim reaper in his first costume design which era ages ago and I base my design to the newest design. he goes along with DEADPOOL very well (they are in the same League ). :bananalove:

"INFO PANEL BUG"

The bug is when u import groups, sketchup to ts workspace. it will be import as a one object but not merge so u can still select like parts now here is the bug when u try to align vertices so that u can mirror them right and no gap and move it to 1.755 something to 0 whatever it will be eratic, everytime u type 0 in the "info panel" the moment u enter or click it will not accept or turn to the number u specified, sometimes it will randomly change after u enter lnstead 0
u get 0.23 or 0.14 or something.

froo import as group in his importer don't work with sketch up groups.... but again thanks for the importer froo

Interesting....

DEAPOOL!? Serious!? I didn't know he had a mask! Very cool. He is one of my favorite hero's in that universe. He's so witty and has some awesome personality.
