Really just laying with "Shady Shaders" which are pretty cool and work well with LightWorks Render.

Modeled and Rendered in TrueSpace 7.6.1 Model Side..

Tweaked a little in Adobe PhotoShop CS3

I like new technology that looks rusted, it visually makes the viewer think about the cause and purpose.
