hm, draise entered. Good that you are so honest to say that it took 6 hours. Maybe worse problem is with that hands, that you didnt do. But lets ask others about the opinion. Especially other competitors, that means finis for now :D

Good that you entered, iam glad. Better would be if your image complied the rules without problems and exceptions.

Finally i must admit, that the image looks good.

Well, I want to see participation and I'm no lover of rules. Sure these challenges are just for fun and Draise meant no harm. Bending or changing rules is common. For example extending the deadline or how I allowed Bitkar's premade image in the last MMC due to the strange situation of no entries. But ... Draise has large and blatant rule violations.

My opinion is that disobeying the rules in these challenges is disrespectful to our fellow forum members. Especially to the one who is running the challenge. Bitkar is in charge and he can do what he wants. He can allow things, bend rules, or change them. I this case though I think there is no special situation to cover 50% over time limit and plainly forbidden premade models. Draise should redo the entry, or make a new one, within the rules.

I consider whether a contestant obeyed the rules when I vote in challenge polls.

More entries! More entries! Yeah, your busy. This is speed modeling so it won't take long.

That is a good apple Draise. You should put it in the Finished Artwork area.

I am hoping to get some time for the mmc ...but my gears a little stuck....

I went insane and use the black friday pricing to justify buying the parts for a win 7 machine....

i7 2600 core
gtx 560
8g ddr5 ram( i had to economize on something)
asus mobo
sb sound card
seagate blue 1tb for my primary.

it all goes into the sexiest thermaltake case ... well sexy for someone that likes tanks...
thermaltake 800w ps

a whack load of fans.... 3 200mm 2 x 140...

hopefully put it together tomorrow

got the parts at tiger direct

btw the black friday pricing break was on the normally $60 battlefield 3 which I got for $40....

a 30% discount is a heck of a marketing angle...

isn't it.. :bananadevil:

Bitkar? Poll time?

V3rd3, I'm envious of your new machine. I got a drill on Black Friday for regular price!

Thanx Froo. It's all good; what's one cold in a lifetime. At least I didn't have to fight the crowds.
