I just stumbled on to this site and got a free account and uploaded a test model to see how it works. I was impressed and the site features an application to view models in 3D. It's a special player that allows one to rotate, zoom and otherwise view uploaded models in 3D space.
Here's a 3DS test model created with Truespace and exported. BNG Test Emerald on 3DVIA website. I suppose an entire scene can be uploaded and manipulated as well have fun and let us all know if you like the site and find it may be of some use. BNG.

its nice but requires to install a plugin. Shame that it cannot use flash or html5. Its a limitation. Usually you want to use such things to show some model to your customer or embed it on customers web (if its possible). But ppl dont like (or sometimes are unable no matter how easy it is) to install some extra plugin that will be used only for this. I have some experience with such behaviour (of non computer ppl - just lame customers and/or their customers).
I had one job to make some 3d models to be placed on the web but this was the reason why this bussiness failed. Even using quicktimeVR didnt make customer happy. Ppl are lame :-/

I noticed too the uploadable formats are quite to like 3DS, DAE, OBJ, KMK; never heard of this format.

3DRad allows embedding in to web pages though I have'nt tried it myself.

Can it play in a webpage at my website?

Yes. The compiler can also export your project to a format that can be embedded into a webpage.
