I like it. But the guys made a good point about the distortion of light you get when you put something in water.
But realism aside, it looks very special. (the little fat guy is still a mystery to me)

In the Reflection panel of your shader for the water material, right click on the Refraction ( Rfc) slider.
Input 1.33 in the little panel that pops up, which is the refraction index for water.
