Ranger and I each had 4 votes but now he has 3 votes. Someone changed their vote or a mistake was corrected I guess. That's good and it means that a poll can be changed after it has started. Tell everyone how to do that so that people who set up MMC and SMC polls can easily correct errors. Some of us are not that skilled with polls.

No technical skill required, I just saw a 'tick box' at the bottom of the screen when I created the poll which said "Allow re-voting" and ticked it. So if you voted already, you just vote again for the other option you want and it will remove the old vote for you automatically...
