The View control script provides speed controls for dolly and panning in the 3D view. So if your view is far away you can increase the speed or decrease the speed for close up work. It also has controls for clipping distance which can help clean up a wireframe display and can extend the orthogonal view zoom to allow for bigger scenes and objects.

Yes. It moves the camera. It does not update the fov value.

I have a little problem after installing the view control scripts, the scripts works fine but all time i start trueSpace , i have a log window that pop up, and that says "full mode no filter" TRACE DEBUG "Updating snapped source windows structure" etc.. how i can disable this window for the next reboot of trueSpace? thanks for this script Clinton.

That's odd. Is the installer still in the scene? It automatically installs when dragged in or when truespace starts. Installer can't tell the difference.

I have put the script directly in "Objects-Autoreload folder", and when i start trueSpace, the log windows pop up maybe i need to click on the Rsobj file to install it properly ?

When it installs it opens the Log view and displays "*** View Control Scripts installed ***" followed by a couple of "Update Snapped Windows Structure". If that's happening then the script is installing itself every time you start truespace. If it's not in the scene maybe it ended up somewhere else.

Try this

clicking the far left corner of the LE title bar and select "LE search" from the drop down list
type "ViewControlAutoload" in the search box
change the radio button to "Graph node" to search outside of the scene
press Locate

If it finds it, delete it so it stops installing.

Another cool add on Clinton. Great work! SOOO glad you did a video tutorial on how to use it. Hope you do more videos for your other plug-ins/scripts.
