Hello im new to truespace but worked with blender and wondered if you could save whats rendered as a png file with a alpha background so the background is transparent.
Now i know i could just print screen but i dont want to spend all the time to crop out the background from the image, so could someone please help or direct me to a plugin that might have this feature thanks.

just render it to file, select png, hit render, new window will appear, there select 32bit and ok... you will have rendered png file with a transparency. You will see its there, when you load it into a 2d graphics editor.

Im not shure how to get to the option for saving it as a png file, sorry ima noob. But im guessing you have to go to model and then render the scene and then go to file and save but the only options that it gives me is to save it as: .x,.dae,.ctx,.rsscn etc.... it dosnt state that i can save it as a png file, sorry but i dont understand?

To save a file as .png is a Render option.
From model side Render scene to file.. In the
Render pop up box there is a Save as drop down menue
with several options .jpg .png .psd etc...

Hello i clicked on the exact area that the picture shows and i get a different window. my window says at the top
"VE-X exporter" i dont know but mabe its my version or something, i have version 7.61.
