Hi I have a problem with the newinstallation of Pyrocluster to Ts7.61
I managed to get it installed to the directory and also loaded it with the cebas.dll but when I
hit pyrocluster I get the form to fill out. I cant fill in a serial name and when I leave it free and hit make document it says
wrong user name.....
anyone installed it to TS7.61 yet ?

I got it installed thats not the problem but it asks for serial numbers which I cant typ in and it says the name is wrong
i certainly know my name .... !
Its a problem with 7.61.....

HI Raymen, as is pointed out in thet thread it's the "PyroCluster.CFG" and "PyroCluster.SER" you need to have saved and put back into the folders manually after instalation to avoid the program asking you for all that information again.

And exactly that didnt work either because I had it installed on TS 6 on an older computer.........
I have the files but it gives me the same prompt !

where have you got them installed? i used to ahve them copied into about 3 places to make sure. can't remember if i tried it in 7.x i'll give it a go and see if i get a different result.

Just installed it and it worked fine. By that i mean it didn't give me any trouble by asking for a serial no or any other information (can't say about anyother insabilities)

Make sure the '123' folder containing the "PyroCluster.SER" & "PyroCluster.CFG" is copied to the truespace76/ts folder, the truespace76/ts/PLUGCFG folder and copy the "PyroCluster.SER" & "PyroCluster.CFG" files directly to the PLUGCFG folder as well (so the contents are the "123" folder and "PyroCluster.SER" & "PyroCluster.CFG")

It's a bit of overkill but it should work. Worked for me anyway
